These are placeholder terms for the Student Rewards trial. Final terms will be reviewed and published before the public launch.
1. The service
Student Rewards provides a single-use QR pass that students can redeem at participating vendors. The trial version is offered as-is to a limited cohort for testing purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be a currently enrolled student at an Australian university and at least 18 years old to purchase a pass during the trial.
3. Single-use rule
Each pass can be redeemed exactly once. Once a vendor has scanned your QR, the pass is marked as used and cannot be redeemed again. We are not responsible for QR codes shared with others.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the pass has not been redeemed. Email hello@fomorewards.com.au with your order details. After the 24-hour window or after redemption, passes are non-refundable.
5. Vendor offers
Specific perks are determined by each participating vendor and may change without notice. We make no warranties about the value, availability or quality of any vendor offer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to forge, copy, share or attempt to reuse QR codes; not to attempt to access vendor or admin pages without authorisation; and not to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Student Rewards is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pass.
8. Changes
We may update these terms during the trial. Material changes will be emailed to active pass-holders. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
