Yes — you create a free account with an email and password the first time you claim a deal. After that, claiming is one tap, and your dashboard keeps every pass, QR code and your savings in one place (your pass also arrives by email).
Any card supported by Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and most local cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work in supported browsers.
Yes. Stripe emails you a payment receipt immediately. We'll also include the order reference in your QR-code email.
No. Passes are single-use. Once a partner scans your QR, it's marked as redeemed and can't be reused.
No stress — your QR pass is always saved to your account under “My passes”, and it's emailed to you as well. From the confirmation page right after payment you can also re-send the QR email; if you've left that page, use the Recover page or contact support with the email you used at signup.
Only during the specified deal window — for example, 2pm to 6pm on the day of the event. We email you the exact date and times with your QR.
That means the pass was already redeemed once. Each QR works exactly once. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support.
Some partner offers are age-restricted. We use DOB only to verify eligibility — it's never shared with partners directly.
Partners only see your first and last name when they scan your pass — enough to confirm it's you, nothing more.
