This policy explains what personal information FOMO Student Rewards collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to it.
What we collect
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your university and campus
- Your date of birth (used only for age-restricted offers)
- Payment confirmation from Stripe — we never see card details
- A record of when your QR code was redeemed and by which partner
How we use your data
We use your details to issue your single-use pass, send it by email, verify redemptions at venues, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers we need to run the platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for storage, Vercel for hosting).
Partners
When a partner scans your QR code, they see your first and last name to confirm the pass belongs to you. They do not see your email, phone number, date of birth or any other details.
Data retention
We keep your account and pass records while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to, we delete your personal data within 90 days, unless we're required to keep some of it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@fomorewards.com.au. We will action your request within 7 days.
Cookies
We use a single httpOnly cookie for admin authentication and one cookie set by Stripe during checkout. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
